Explore our BMW services

Choose a service for its repair options, estimated prices and booking details. If more than one description fits, you can start with the main concern and discuss the other items when booking.

Maintenance and inspections

Keep routine care organized around the work your BMW is due. Start with the service reminder and recent maintenance history, or arrange an inspection when you want a clearer picture of its condition. Individual service items can be combined in one visit.

  • Oil and filter change

Engine oil, a compatible filter and the required service sealing parts. The oil approval and quantity depend on the engine, so the service is matched to your car. This is the right starting point for an oil-service reminder.

  • Vehicle inspection

Have the car assessed when you need to understand its condition or plan outstanding work. Describe any concerns along with the inspection request so the workshop can distinguish general checks from a fault needing dedicated diagnosis.

For eligible engines requiring up to five liters, the oil-and-filter service estimate is AED 472.50–577.50 including labor and 5% VAT. Larger capacities and different requirements are priced on the oil-change page.

Engine repairs and leaks

Find help for rough running, fluid leaks, loss of power or a confirmed engine fault. These services cover different causes and repair sizes, from an external sealing problem to internal mechanical work.

  • Engine repair

Assessment and repair of engine-running or mechanical problems, with repair, rebuild and replacement options where relevant. Explain what has changed in the way the car runs, even if no warning is displayed.

  • Oil-leak repair

Locate the source of an oil leak and address the affected component. Useful for fresh oil marks, repeated oil loss or oil reaching hot surfaces; the visible stain alone does not identify the failed seal.

  • Gasket repair

Repair work for a diagnosed gasket or sealing joint. The gasket’s position determines the access and associated work, so a quote for one joint cannot represent every gasket on the engine.

  • Fuel-pump service

Testing and replacement where the fuel supply is responsible for poor starting or running. A starting complaint may need diagnosis first because several systems can produce a similar symptom.

  • Exhaust repair

Investigate exhaust noise, leakage or a damaged exhaust component. Describe whether the change is audible, visible or felt while driving so the inspection covers the part of the system involved.

  • Engine actuator repair

Turbo, throttle and related actuator faults affecting engine response. The actuator page covers several types of work; testing establishes which unit is involved before repair or replacement.

Transmission and driveline

Choose the gearbox service when the concern is shifting or engagement. Broader driveline work covers how power reaches the wheels, including complaints that may feel similar to an internal gearbox fault.

  • Transmission service and repair

Fluid and filter maintenance, selective repairs, mechatronic work, rebuilds and replacement assemblies. The transmission page compares those options and their estimated costs. A service request and a slipping-gearbox complaint need different starting checks.

  • Drivetrain inspection and repair

Assessment of vibration, noise or a power-transfer complaint involving the driveline. Note whether it appears under acceleration, at a particular speed or during a turn; that description helps organize the investigation.

Brakes, steering and suspension

Bring changes in stopping, steering or ride quality to the relevant service. These systems work together, but a noise over bumps, a heavy steering wheel and worn brakes can require very different repairs.

  • Brake service

Checks and repair for brake wear, braking noise or a change in braking feel. The service page helps identify the work being quoted, including whether the price covers a component, an axle or a larger repair.

  • Suspension repair

Investigate knocks, a harsh or uneven ride, poor body control or a change in ride height. Inspection determines which suspension components need attention and whether related finishing work is required.

  • Steering repair

Arrange an assessment for heavy steering, unusual steering noise or a fault affecting assistance. Describe when it happens and whether it changes with speed or steering position; the workshop can then establish the cause.

  • Tire service

Address tire wear, visible damage or a tire-related driving concern. Uneven wear can also warrant steering or suspension checks, so mention pulling or vibration when arranging the visit.

Air conditioning and cabin comfort

Tell us whether the air is warm, weak or not reaching the vents you expect. Cooling performance and air distribution involve different components, and a recharge is only one of the possible services.

  • AC diagnosis and repair

Cooling and airflow checks, refrigerant service and diagnosed component repairs. Compare condenser, compressor and airflow work on the AC page, with separate estimates for assessment and repair.

  • AC compressor repair

Repair or replacement of a diagnosed compressor fault, with the related refrigerant work and system checks identified in the quote. Useful when the assessment has already established a compressor problem.

  • Blower-motor repair

Diagnosis and repair when the cabin fan does not run correctly or airflow changes unexpectedly. The blower service covers the fan and its operation; an airflow complaint may also require filter or electrical checks.

Electrical faults and batteries

A warning or failed electrical function is a starting point for testing. The workshop can check the relevant supply, wiring, sensor or module before recommending a part. Battery replacement has its own service page.

  • Electrical diagnosis

Start here for an unexplained warning, an intermittent fault or electrical equipment that has stopped working. The page covers diagnostic allowances and common sensor, lighting and electronic repair options.

  • Battery testing and replacement

Check battery condition and choose a compatible replacement where needed. Capacity, battery type and any required registration depend on the vehicle. Repeated discharge may also need a charging or electrical investigation.

  • Sensor repair

Assessment and repair where a sensor or its connection is involved in a fault. A diagnostic code can guide the investigation, while testing helps distinguish the sensor itself from a wiring or supply problem.

  • Module repair

Compare repair of an existing electronic module with a compatible replacement after the fault is established. Parts condition and any programming or configuration belong in the quote for the actual unit.

  • Warning and malfunction diagnosis

Help with a displayed malfunction or warning when you do not yet know which service applies. Share the wording of the message and any change in the car’s behavior to begin the assessment.

Interior, controls and bodywork

Restore the parts of the car you see and use every day. Cabin trim, control systems, keys and exterior repairs have different service needs, so use the closest description below or tell us what needs attention.

  • Interior repair

Repair work for cabin components and interior condition issues. Describe the area, material or function involved. A trim repair and a mechanism that no longer moves are different jobs even when they affect the same part of the cabin.

  • Bodyshop services

Exterior body repair and restoration work. The affected panels, damage and finish determine the job. Photos can help begin the discussion, with the car inspected when needed to establish the repair.

  • iDrive repair

Investigation of problems involving the iDrive screen, controller or associated functions. Mention whether the display is blank, controls are unresponsive or a particular feature has failed so the assessment follows the actual complaint.

  • Key-fob service

Help with a key-fob or remote-operation problem. Describe which buttons or functions are affected and whether another key behaves differently. That comparison can help separate a key problem from a fault on the vehicle.

Performance services

Performance changes begin with what you want from the car and its present condition. The relevant page explains the service; the proposal should identify the work, expected result and any limitations for your vehicle.

  • Performance tuning

Discuss planned changes to performance and how they relate to the car’s existing setup. Resolve running faults first, then compare the proposed work and its effect on the vehicle’s intended use.

  • Engine remapping

Discuss changes to engine-control software where appropriate to the vehicle and objective. The proposal should explain the intended changes and any requirements affecting road use, insurance or manufacturer coverage before approval.

Find help by symptom

You can book from the symptom. These common starting points help you find the relevant service while leaving the diagnosis to the workshop.

  • The car will not start

Arrange a non-starting assessment when the engine will not turn or start. A weak battery, a key issue and a fault in another starting system can feel similar, so describe what happens instead of choosing a replacement part.

  • A warning has appeared

Use warning and malfunction diagnosis when the message does not make the service obvious. Include the wording and whether the car drives differently. A warning alone is not a complete diagnosis or a parts quotation.

  • The ride feels different

A knock over bumps may lead to suspension checks, while a vibration under power may need a wider driveline assessment. Note when it happens and whether it is felt through the steering wheel, seat or whole car.

  • The cabin is not cooling

Start with AC diagnosis. Tell us whether air is warm, airflow is weak or the fault comes and goes. Those observations help distinguish cooling-system work from a blower, filter or air-distribution problem.

If the car cannot be driven safely, discuss roadside assistance and transport when you contact us. Follow any instruction from the vehicle to stop; assistance arrangements and separate charges can be explained before collection.

Plan the work in one visit

A service appointment can cover an oil change alongside a brake concern, a battery check or an AC complaint. Tell us which items you want addressed so maintenance and fault investigation can be organized together.

For a car with several outstanding repairs, ask which work needs attention first and what can be planned for a later visit. The useful result is a clear list of findings and proposed work, with your priorities reflected in the appointment.

Keep the completed-service invoice with the vehicle history. It helps identify what has already been renewed and gives the next visit a reliable starting point. The workshop can request further vehicle details when needed to match parts or investigate an intermittent fault.

Booking questions

Can I book without knowing which service I need?

Yes. Tell us your BMW model and what you have noticed, such as a warning, noise, leak or function that has stopped working. We can arrange the appropriate assessment. You do not need to identify the faulty component before making contact.

Can several services be arranged in one visit?

Yes, tell us which maintenance items and repair concerns you want addressed when booking. The appointment can then be planned around the work. Keep the items clearly identified in the quote so you can approve routine servicing and any additional repair separately.

Where should I look for service prices?

Open the relevant service page for its estimates, inclusions and repair choices. Oil servicing, AC diagnosis, electrical investigation and transmission repairs cover different work, so there is no single price that describes a BMW service visit. Ask for the total for your requested work, including VAT.

What if my BMW will not start?

Use the non-starting service or call and explain what happens when you try to start the car. Mention whether it cranks, clicks or does nothing. If it cannot be driven, discuss the available assistance and workshop transport arrangements when making contact.

Where is the workshop?
