Genuine BMW pads
A direct genuine-parts route for owners who want the original BMW-branded application and factory-style braking characteristics. The quote should identify whether sensors or fitting hardware are supplied separately.
Home / BMW brakes / Brake pads
Replace worn front or rear brake pads before metal contact damages the discs and increases the repair cost. We check pad wear, disc condition, caliper movement and the brake wear sensor, then fit the correct pads for your BMW.
Front brake pads fitted from AED 450. Rear pads with the applicable wear sensor are estimated from AED 500. Your written quote confirms the axle, parts route and final scope.
Free pickup and drop-off is available within Dubai. Send the model, year and VIN so we can check the correct pad and sensor application.

Fitted price guide
These planning ranges cover the brake pad work customers most often request. Brake size, pad specification, wear sensor needs and disc condition can change the total.
| Service | Estimated price | What the range includes |
|---|---|---|
| Front brake pads | AED 450–700 | Front-axle pad set and fitting. The discs and wear sensor are checked and quoted separately when required. |
| Rear pads and wear sensor | AED 500–800 | Rear-axle pad set, the applicable pad-wear sensor and fitting. Electronic parking brake service mode is used where the fitted system requires it. |
| Front and rear pads | Vehicle-specific quote | Both axle sets, fitting and applicable sensors. The quote identifies each part rather than hiding different brake sizes inside one price. |
| M Sport and M brakes | Vehicle-specific quote | Matched to the actual caliper, disc diameter and pad specification. A model badge alone is not enough to confirm the brake package. |
Prices are estimates, not a fixed offer for every BMW. Your written quote confirms the parts, fitting, sensor work, VAT treatment and final payable total before work begins.

Protect the braking system
Brake pads are the replaceable friction material designed to wear first. If the material is allowed to disappear, the metal backing plate can contact the disc. That can turn a pad replacement into a pad-and-disc repair and may expose the caliper to extra heat.
Grinding, scraping or a sudden change in stopping response deserves prompt attention. A warning light can indicate pad wear, but a squeal alone does not prove the pads are finished. We inspect the inner and outer pads on the axle instead of quoting from sound alone.
If the pedal sinks, braking ability is reduced or fluid is visible, stop driving and call for guidance. A hydraulic brake fault should not be treated as a routine pad replacement.
Work agreed before fitting
The service is more than removing one pad and fitting another. The checks below help protect the new set and identify work that should be quoted separately.
Parts that suit your BMW
Pad compound, brake package and vehicle use affect pedal feel, noise, dust and price. We identify the actual application before recommending a part.

A quality alternative may reduce the fitted cost where a suitable OEM-supplier option exists. We confirm the manufacturer and exact application rather than using an unverified generic pad.

M Sport trim does not always identify one brake size. Caliper type, disc diameter and the factory brake option must match. Performance compounds can also change cold feel, dust and noise, so the intended use matters.
Correct fitment matters
Front pads often carry more braking load, while rear wear can be influenced by stability-control activity and the fitted parking-brake arrangement. The two axles do not have to be replaced together when one set remains serviceable.
A BMW wear sensor is not reusable in every case. If the sensor has contacted the disc, is damaged or is required with the selected kit, it should be included in the repair. We also check that the warning clears only after the underlying service has been completed.

Warning signs
Possible metal contact can damage the disc quickly. Call before continuing ordinary driving.
Arrange an inspection before the remaining friction material is exhausted. The message should be cleared only after the work is completed.
Pads may not be the only cause. Disc condition, hub seating, caliper operation and related wheel or suspension issues can require checks.
One thin pad can point to restricted caliper movement or hardware trouble. Fitting pads without addressing the cause can shorten their life.
Related brake work
These are connected parts, but they are not one automatic package. Your estimate should separate what is worn from what is still serviceable.
Use the dedicated disc service when measurements, scoring, heat damage or braking vibration show that pad replacement alone is not enough.
A pad-wear sensor is different from an ABS wheel-speed sensor. The displayed warning and the diagnosed component determine the correct repair.
Return to the brake service page for fluid replacement, parking-brake work, ABS diagnosis and other braking-system concerns.
Clear approval and timing
We confirm the affected axle, pad choice, sensor needs and disc condition before the replacement is approved. If another brake fault is found, it is listed separately rather than being hidden inside a vague package.
A straightforward axle pad replacement can often be completed the same day when the correct parts are available and no disc, caliper or hydraulic repair is needed. The actual time is confirmed after the vehicle and parts application are checked.

Direct answers
Yes, when the discs remain within the applicable limits and their condition is suitable for the new pads. Deep scoring, heat damage, excessive wear or vibration findings can make disc work necessary. Pads and discs should remain separate items in the quote.
No. The two axles can wear at different rates. We inspect both axles but replace only the set that is due unless you approve additional work.
Not always. Replacement depends on the fitted system, whether the sensor has contacted the disc, its condition and the selected pad kit. The sensor requirement should be identified before fitting.
A straightforward axle pad service can often be completed the same day when the correct parts are available. Disc replacement, seized caliper components, hydraulic faults or uncommon brake packages can require more time. We confirm timing after inspection and parts matching.
Send your BMW model, year, VIN, whether the front or rear warning is displayed and a clear photo of the dashboard message if convenient. Mention grinding, vibration, pulling or a change in pedal feel because those symptoms may require checks beyond the pads.
