Arrange inspection
A falling coolant level, dried residue, or new bearing noise needs investigation. A leak can come from a hose, tank, thermostat housing, radiator, or pump. The symptoms alone do not identify the failed part.

Pump failure confirmed
A damaged pump housing, worn bearing, failed impeller, or confirmed internal electric-pump fault generally calls for a compatible replacement. The quote should identify the pump, required seals, fitting, coolant work, and post-repair checks.
Pump still serviceable
A leaking connection, failed thermostat, wiring problem, or trapped air may need a different repair. A new pump cannot resolve every overheating complaint. We explain the findings before recommending additional parts.
A thermostat is checked during the investigation. Replacing it with the pump can make sense when it is faulty or the condition and shared access justify the work. It should not be an unexplained add-on.

Choose by part number
Two BMWs with the same model badge can use different cooling hardware. We use the model, year, engine, and VIN where needed to identify the main coolant pump and distinguish it from an auxiliary pump.
Coolant must match the vehicle specification. Color alone is not a reliable way to select it. The estimate should also identify the seals and any single-use hardware required for the job.

Model, year, engine, and urgency

For an M model, plug-in hybrid, or electric BMW, tell us the exact variant. Multiple cooling circuits and auxiliary pumps can change the diagnosis and estimate. Conventional engine-pump prices should not be applied to every electric or hybrid cooling fault.

Collection
Water pump replacement is arranged through our Al Quoz 4 workshop, with free pickup and drop-off within Dubai. Tell the team if the car is overheating or cannot move safely. Recovery arrangements and any separate charge must be agreed before collection.
If a warning returns: stop driving if the engine overheats and contact us with your invoice, symptoms, and a safely taken dashboard photo. The team will arrange the next check and assess the concern against your written repair coverage. Follow the handover advice and report renewed coolant loss promptly.
