What makes a fitted total?
Wheel work + tire removal and refitting + balancing + approved parts + any transport. The written quote shows VAT once and identifies the complete amount payable. A supplied loose wheel and a wheel fitted to your car may need different work.

Painted silver
A practical option for many original wheel styles. Agree the shade and gloss level, especially when repairing one wheel in an older set.
Gloss or satin black
Choose the sheen before work starts. A full-set color change gives a more consistent result than trying to blend a different finish into one wheel.
Diamond-cut face
A bright machined face with contrasting recesses. Remaining material, previous cuts, and manufacturer limits determine whether refurbishment is suitable.

Condition before appearance
When straightening is unsuitable, replace the wheel
A wheel that looks round or balances successfully is not automatically structurally sound. Inspection and the applicable manufacturer instructions come before any correction.
A bent rim needs more than a visual check
We examine the barrel, rim edges, tire seating areas, mounting face, and signs of previous work. Measurements show how much the wheel is distorted; manufacturer restrictions still determine whether correction is allowed.
Some wheel manufacturers prohibit straightening or structural repair. If correction is permitted, the estimated allowance is AED 420–630 per wheel including VAT, before any separately quoted refinishing or tire work. Otherwise, we discuss replacement.
Do not hide a structural problem under a new finish
Cracks, spoke or hub damage, severe distortion, material loss, or questionable previous repairs can rule out refurbishment. We explain the replacement option before cosmetic work is approved.
We do not promise that welding will restore a cracked wheel to its original strength. Where the damage or manufacturer instructions rule out repair, we quote a compatible replacement.
A matching diameter is not enough.
Replacement checks include width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, load rating, brake clearance, and the correct front or rear position. We may request wheel markings or the VIN later to match a replacement. Staggered sets, xDrive, M models, and electric BMWs need the correct application confirmed.

Review the result
Check finish and fit, document the approved work, and explain aftercare and written warranty terms. Continuing vibration needs further diagnosis.

- Small cosmetic repair: A limited area needs less preparation than a complete refinish, but the finish still needs the correct curing time.
- Full painted refurbishment: Allow for preparation, coating, curing, and any tire refitting and balancing in the agreed job.
- Diamond-cut work: Assessment and specialist machining add scheduling steps. Availability is checked before a collection time is agreed.
If leaving the car is inconvenient, mention loose-wheel drop-off or pickup when contacting us. The team will explain the available arrangement and any charge. Do not remove wheels yourself unless you have suitable equipment and safe vehicle support.

Can you repair a bent BMW alloy wheel?
It needs inspection and a check of the applicable manufacturer restrictions. Some wheels must not be straightened. A published estimate does not mean every bent wheel can be repaired. Replacement is recommended when the permitted repair limits are exceeded.
Can a cracked alloy wheel be welded?
Do not assume welding is an acceptable repair. Cracks require assessment against the wheel manufacturer’s instructions, and replacement may be necessary. A cosmetic finish or successful balance test does not establish structural safety.
Can diamond-cut wheels always be refurbished?
No. Machining removes material, and previous cuts, damage depth, corrosion, and manufacturer limits can rule it out. We assess suitability before promising another cut. A painted alternative also needs the underlying wheel to be suitable.
Will one repaired wheel match the other three?
We discuss shade and sheen before the work. Existing wear, fading, and previous finishes can make an exact match difficult. Refinishing several wheels may provide a more consistent appearance, but it is a separate choice and quote.
Does refurbishment include balancing and alignment?
The quote states whether tire removal, refitting, and balancing are included. Alignment is a different service and is not automatically required for a cosmetic repair. An impact or abnormal wear may justify an alignment assessment.
Do run-flat tires or TPMS change the job?
They affect tire handling and fitted equipment checks. Valves and TPMS parts are identified before removal and replaced only when needed and approved. Run-flat construction does not make wheel cracks or severe distortion safe.

Coverage depends on the work and finish stated in your written quote; this page does not advertise a fixed warranty period for every repair. Obtain the applicable terms before approval. If peeling, lifting, or an unexpected finish difference appears after collection, send the workshop your invoice and photos. New curb strikes, impacts, and cleaning damage are assessed separately from a possible workmanship issue.
